Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our sales targets and expand our market presence. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable, fresh produce, FMCG, F&B, Hospitality, or related industry
Key Responsibilities
Generate New Sales:
Identify and approach new customers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Building Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Achieve Sales:
Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.
Vegetable Knowledge and Development:
To identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.
Familiar with all types of vegetables. (Training will be provided)
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
Be able to work according to the management's performance target.
Track and report sales performance and results.
Continuously improve sales performance and results.
Requirements for Skills and Qualifications
Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.
Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Be able to work in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Multilingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
