1. Client Management
• Building and maintaining relationships with client companies.
• Understanding clients’ hiring needs, culture, and job requirements.
• Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
• Preparing proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Managing the full recruitment process on behalf of clients.
2. Candidate Management
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining a strong candidate database for current and future needs.
• Providing career advice to candidates.
3. Business Development
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing client accounts.
• Networking with industry professionals to build a pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.
4. Administrative & Compliance
• Managing job postings and advertising roles across platforms.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and regulatory guidelines (for Singapore).
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and updating recruitment systems.
Requirements
• Min NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in any field
• Sales-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by targets.
• Ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
Experience
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with interest in recruitment and people-oriented roles are welcome.
