As a Service Crew, you will be trained and rotated across the following stations:
Cashiering
Take and process customer orders
Handle payment transactions accurately
Responsible in Opening / Closing of the POS system
Food Counter
Prepare and present dishes efficiently and consistently as per SOP
Support smooth kitchen workflow and ensure food is served on time
Ensure food quality and portion control according to recipes and standards
Drinks Counter
Brew and serve hot and cold drinks
Maintain consistency and quality standards as per SOP
Dining Area
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Assist customers in locating seats
Deliver food and drinks from the counter to customer tables
Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly
Assist with queue control during busy periods
Clear empty dishes and trays efficiently
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces before opening and closing of restaurants
Replenish self-service stations (e.g., napkins, side plates, cutlery)
Dishwasher
Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware using a dishwasher or by hand
Ensure all washed items are clean, free of stains/grease, and properly sanitized
Organize clean dishes and utensils in their proper storage areas
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and machines
Dispose of food waste and garbage properly and promptly
Refill soap, sanitizer, and drying supplies as needed
At every work stations, you are required to:
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations and kitchen equipment
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and receiving of goods
Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and service SOPs strictly
Be flexible to assist in other sections as required
Work closely as a team to meet restaurant standards
Support other work station if needed (multi-task)
