Service Crew - Full Time (SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $1,000)!!!

Timing: Friday and Saturday/PH/PH Eve: 11am - 5pm/ 5pm - 2am
             Sunday to Thursday: 3pm - 1am

Location: Peranakan Place Complex
Salary: $2500 + $600 (T&Cs apply)

Alley Bar is located along Orchard Road at Peranakan Place Complex . It is a unique cultural gem situated in the heart of Singapore, offering a vibrant blend of history, heritage, and modernity.

Job Duties:
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
• Pick up food orders from the kitchen, relay special preferences or allergies to the chef, and serve beverage orders to guests promptly.
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
