Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and collect data from customers regarding products, promotions, and shopping experiences.
- Approach shoppers professionally and encourage participation in surveys.
- Record customer feedback accurately using survey forms, tablets, or mobile applications.
- Ensure all survey responses are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Provide basic information about survey objectives when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers.
- Achieve daily survey targets and reporting requirements.
- Escalate customer concerns or feedback to the supervisor when necessary.
- Comply with company policies and data privacy requirements.
