Job Responsibilities

• All sushi food products prepared in compliance under standardized recipes and portion volume.
• Participate in the preparation of ingredients and menu items.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces. according to the hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
