Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, university platforms and other channels
• Reach out to suitable candidates and introduce career opportunities professionally
• Manage the recruitment pipeline, including follow-ups, scheduling and candidate tracking
• Coordinate interviews, career discussions and recruitment activities
• Support recruitment events, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives
• Work with our marketing team on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organised and able to follow up consistently
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms for candidate sourcing
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or business development
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned recruitment targets
