Talent Scout / Talent Acquisition (Part-Time / Freelance)

We are looking for a creative and resourceful Talent Acquisition/Scout to help us identify and attract individuals who may be suitable to join our growing team in wealth advisory and financial planning.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring communities, and coming up with creative ways to reach potential candidates.

You will work closely with the team leader to experiment with different outreach ideas and build a pipeline of future consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and jobs postings
• Brainstorm creative ways to reach and engage suitable individuals
• Start conversations and introduce career opportunities within our team
• Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
• Participate in weekly training and strategy discussions

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum Local Diploma / A-Level / Equivalent qualification
• Comfortable connecting and communicating with new people
• Self-driven and able to work independently

Good to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in recruitment, marketing, networking, or sales
• Active on LinkedIn or other professional communities
• Enjoys meeting new people and building connections
