Part-Time Appointment Setter (Financial Advisory)

📍 Office in Lorong Chuan, after one month trial can have option to do hybrid with work from home arrangement

⏰ Part-time

Comfortable on the phone and good with people? Join our team and help Singaporeans take the first step toward getting their finances sorted. You won't be selling products or giving financial advice. Your job is to start the conversation and book the meeting.

📞 What you'll do

• Call leads we provide and introduce our complimentary financial review

• Book appointments for our consultants

• Follow the script and handle common questions with confidence

• Log every call outcome accurately and follow up on missed calls

✅ What we're looking for

• Comfortable making calls and able to hear "no" without taking it personally

• Clear spoken English; Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or other languages a plus

• Organised and honest with call records

• Telemarketing, sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Available at least 15 hours a week
