Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Contact existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Provide product information and handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Update customer information and call logs in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions. Share best practices and success stories with the team.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.
Experience:
'N' Levels and Above
Ability to speak Chinese will be preferred as you will be dealing Chinese Customers
