Job Overview
Your client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Temporary Comms Programme Executive. As a key member of their quantum communications program team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of quantum communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Meeting & Event Coordination
1. Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics arrangements for engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Project Tracking: Assist in monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with objectives.

Reporting & Updates
1. Reporting & Updates: Assist in collating and preparing updates for monthly cadence reviews and internal working meetings.
2. Events Planning & Execution: Support logistics planning and execution for Events-related activities.

Documentation & Follow-ups
1. Documentation & Follow-ups: Maintain records of meeting notes, action items, and updates, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant PMs and technical teams.
2. CRM Management: Maintain, update, and retrieve meeting notes and engagement details with companies, government agencies, and partners using CRM systems.

Content Development
1. Content Development: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements.
2. Research and Analysis: Assist with conducting basic desktop research and analysis on relevant topics as required.

General Support
1. General Support: Assist with any ad-hoc tasks necessary to support the program team’s objectives.
