Job Overview
My client is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Temporary Innovation Assistant Manager. As a key member of their innovation team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Open Innovation Platform (OIP) program and driving innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
OIP Program Support
1. Enquiry Handling: Handle day-to-day enquiries on the OIP program, including management of OIP email inbox and providing basic advisory support.
2. Account Management Support: Support account managers in driving the OIP process from start to end, including triaging inbound leads, onboarding problem owners, and coordinating meetings.

Stakeholder Coordination
1. Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with OIP problem owners and solvers to provide support on administrative matters.
2. Challenge Performance Tracking: Track and analyze statistics on OIP challenge performance during call opening period.

OIP Challenge Management
1. Challenge List Maintenance: Update and maintain the list of OIP challenges and innovation projects, including status updates and engaging with problem owners and solvers.
2. Collateral Development: Develop and maintain OIP program collaterals, including platform user guides and FAQs.

Insights and Feedback
1. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Collect post-event/program feedback from OIP users, analyze and present insights to improve user experience.
2. Innovation Success Stories: Identify and build up a bank of innovation success stories from past OIP challenges.
