As a Customer Experience Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, helping us build strong relationships with our customers and making sure they have an amazing time with our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person conversations

• Respond to customer queries and concerns (we leave every customer with a smile!)

• Help us build a loyal customer community, and close new customer deals!

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to pursue them

• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the customer experience
