Job description

WE'RE HIRING: Part-Time Admin Staff (Clementi)

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Are you looking for a flexible part-time role in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for motivated individuals to assist with our daily operations.

Job Scope:
Contact parents to verify tutor request details and share about our tuition centre classes
Basic data entry and posting of tuition assignments on various platforms
Liaise with tutors to complete their profiles
Follow up with clients on queries and feedback
Assist with basic finance admin tasks such as bank reconciliation and source document gathering
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Working Hours:
Usually between 11am to 10pm
5–6 hour shifts, typically 11am–5pm or 5pm–10pm
Minimum 3 working days (Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun)

Requirements:
Pre-university students, undergraduates, and above are welcome
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferably able to commit for at least 6 months
