WE’RE HIRING: Operations Intern (To start in Jan 2026)

Allowance: $1,400 – $1,700/month
Commitment: Must be able to commit at least 6 months

About the Role
Join Premium Tutors’ young and vibrant team as a Human Resources/Operations Intern, where you'll gain invaluable insights into the Education & Tuition industry. This role offers you a unique opportunity to engage in Operation functions, support recruitment efforts, and administrative operations for the Education industry!

Job Scope
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes for tutors and other personnel, from job postings and candidate screening to maintaining our comprehensive candidate database.
- Handle daily business operations of our education agency
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles
- Provide administrative support and regular check-ins

Requirements
- A Level and IB graduates are welcome!
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and conscientious individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Locations: Woods Square Tower 1 & Clementi Mall – 3 minute walk from Woodlands MRT / Clementi MRT
