Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination: Take ownership of managing calendars, appointments, and invitations, ensuring that important priorities are handled efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative assistance to leadership, facilitating smooth project management and supporting key business functions.
  • Research & Information Preparation: Conduct comprehensive research and compile essential data to aid in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate leads and sales opportunities.

    Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information, answering questions, and following up on inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: A diploma or higher is preferred.
  • Multitasking Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Sufficiency & Initiative: Able to work autonomously with little supervision, showing strong initiative and excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication & Planning: Strong planning capabilities paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
