This December, Melvin Tang & Associatesis opening its doors to just five fresh graduates for an intensive, one-week Winter Internship.

What Your Week looks like

Over the week, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how the financial industry really works. You'll learn to read market trends, see what drives changes in the economy, and understand how professionals turn that knowledge into sound advice for clients. Alongside industry insight, you'll build practical technical skills such as financial analysis, data interpretation, working with client management systems and digital marketing tools. You'll also sharpen the soft skills employers value most: confident communication, presenting ideas, teamwork, problem-solving and building genuine relationships. By Friday, you'll have a real understanding of the industry and a toolkit of skills you can carry into any career you choose.

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates from any university/private institution, in any field of study
• No prior work experience required
• Curious, eager to learn and open to trying new things
• Confident communicators who enjoy meeting and working with people
• Motivated self-starters who want to stand out early in their careers
• Able to commit to the full week, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
