Part-Time Personal Assistant (Administrative & Scheduling Support)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support our leadership team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, can stay on top of many moving pieces, and have a strong eye for detail, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting invitations
Help prioritise tasks and ensure important deadlines and meetings are not missed
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day admin support to leadership
Assist with document preparation, follow-ups, and coordination for ongoing projects
Research & Information Preparation
Conduct research on assigned topics
Compile and organise information, summaries, and simple reports to support decision-making
About You
Education
Diploma or higher qualification preferred
Multitasking & Coordination
Comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time
Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels
Independent & Proactive
Able to work with minimal supervision
Take initiative, plan ahead, and stay organised without constant reminders
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to prepare clear, concise emails and basic documents
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
