Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and friendly Part-Time Kitchen Assistants to join our vegetarian restaurant team. We are hiring for TWO locations:
1. Chinatown (18 Cross Street)
2. Esplanade Exchange 
No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, and sorting ingredients).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Assist with simple dishwashing and keep the workspace tidy.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours. 
Requirements:
• Able to commit to at least 2-3 days per week.
• Flexible schedule (shifts can be arranged and discussed).
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic communication in English or Mandarin.
