Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other procedures.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and home care.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing with valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Relevant clinical experience in one or more nursing disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
