Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Surveyor to support data collection and reporting activities for market research projects. The role involves engaging with respondents, ensuring accurate data entry, and meeting project timelines. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service background, and flexibility to work on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree
Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tool
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
