Role: Admin Assistant to Director
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive individual to provide day-to-day administrative support to a Financial Services Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar planning
- Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders professionally
- Handle data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Support recruitment, event coordination, and team admin matters
- Assist in ad hoc tasks to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Age 25 years old and above
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with initiative
Remuneration
- $2,500/month starting salary
- Potential salary review and raise after 6 months based on performance
