Job Scope:
- Prepare White Beehoon and related noodle dishes strictly per SOP, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation every time.
- Conduct full station checks before each shift — broth levels, ingredients, equipment readiness..
- Follow SFA requirements to maintain strict personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Produce one dish every 3–4 minutes during peak periods, handling multiple orders with discipline.
- Report 15 minutes early, follow Head Chef’s instructions, and uphold a respectful, no-toxicity work culture.
- Be open to taste-tests, feedback, retraining, and continuous improvement
Requirement:
- 2 to 5 years work experience
- Hold a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Comfortable to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as scheduled
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
