💰 $3,200–$4,200/month + Performance Incentives

🎯 Your Role = Hybrid (Manager + Coach)

• Manage Operations → keep the gym running smoothly (scheduling, bookings, parent inquiries, safety checks, inventory).

• Lead the Team → motivate & guide coaches, ensure lessons are structured & engaging.

• Coach Kids → step in to teach parkour, ninja warrior, gymnastics, and obstacle training whenever needed.

• Be the Bridge → support both staff and parents, making sure everyone leaves smiling.

• Grow the Gym → help with events, new programs, and outreach to bring more families in.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Background in sports / coaching (bonus if you’ve taught kids in parkour, gymnastics, or fitness).

• Leadership skills — you’re comfortable managing people & handling parents.

• Organised, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

• Energetic & positive — kids (and your team) feed off your vibe.

• First Aid/CPR (or willing to get certified).

• Able to work weekends (that’s prime time for kids’ classes!).
