Job description

The Portfolio Sales Team is an established telesales team which market solely on  Personal Loans and Balance Transfer Unsecured facilities.

Hours of Work & Work Location
•    Monday – Friday: 9am to 6.30pm. (Inclusive of 1 hour Lunch Break)
•    Overtime if Applicable = Monday – Friday: 7.15pm to 8.30pm (OT will be Paid)

Salary Package & Employment Contract
•    Basic Salary: $2,000.(Higher Basic negotiable depends on candidate’s relevant work experiences and achievements to proof)

•    Monthly Commission Payout Structure

•    Performance Bonus Payout upon successful completion of yearly contract and payout based on employee’s overall sales performance.

•    12 Months Agency Contract (renewable)

Job description

• Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through leads given to acquire new unsecured loans sales.

• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.

• Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.

• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Job Requirements

•    Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.

•    Minimum N-Level holders and above.

•    Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able to work in fast paced environment.
