We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team in the company. As an Operational Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth functioning of our F&B operation. Your administrative skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager and operations team.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implementation of best practices.
• Support customer service initiatives, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily dine-in operations and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Coordinate and support the execution of delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Help maintain cleanliness standards and coordinate basic maintenance tasks when required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in an F&B or operational support role is an advantage, but not required

• Must be okay to handle non-halal food

Training will be provided by your assigned supervisor upon successful selection for the role.
