Job description

• Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales reps and customers regarding product specifications and applications.

• Conduct product testing for sales reps and customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues both remotely and on-site.

• Provide on-site support, including setup and system adjustments.

• Offer post-sales training and create/update related manuals.

• Assist with on-site customer presentations when needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency and lead improvement projects.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering

• Have experience in relevant field is an added advantage

• Proficient in Logic Control, HMI Programming and MS Excel is an added advantage

• Have knowledge of SQL/MySQL, C#/Java/Python is a plus

• Monday to Friday (8:15am - 5:30pm)

• Location: Kallang

• Salary: up to $3000

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
