About the Role:

This is a high-energy, get-it-done sales role—with an attractive remuneration option to suit your preference. You can choose between a base salary + commission* or an earn-per-merchant-onboarded + commission* payout package.

More deals closed = more income. It’s that straightforward.

You’ll be out there—cold calling, walking in, starting conversations, and closing deals with business owners. 

You’ll also gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where you’ll gain insightful industry knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct high-volume outreach (cold calls, walk-ins, field visits)
• Approach SMEs across F&B, retail, and service sectors
• Deliver clear, confident sales pitches
• Understand merchant needs and position solutions
• Handle objections and close deals
• Maintain a strong daily pipeline
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Track activities and follow-up using CRM / internal tools
• Support merchant onboarding
• Share on-ground insights

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
• Resilient—rejection doesn’t throw you off 
• Comfortable being on the ground
• Able to commit to a full-time 3-month contract (renewable)
• Understanding of the Singapore merchant landscape is a plus
• Multilingual ability is a plus

*The highly rewarding commission structure is designed to recognise your success. Earn $1,000 of trailing commission for every merchant onboarded, with a total commission of $50,000 for 50 merchants onboarded. Commission payout is based on the achievement of KPIs and applicable terms for each onboarded merchant. Full details will be shared during the interview.
