Job description

📍 Location: Pasir Ris
💰 Salary: $14/hr | $28/hr PH
🗓️ Duration: 3 Months | Monday to Thursday : 8:30am to 6:00pm | Friday : 8:30am to 5:30pm

🔹 Job Scope:

  • Process invoices, payments & receipts
  • Reconcile supplier & customer accounts
  • Assist in journal entries & month-end closing
  • Support audits & maintain documentation
  • Ad-hoc finance duties

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Proficient in Excel & accounting software (SAP, Xero)
  • Detail-oriented, organized & good communication
