We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Executive to assist in managing day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth backend processes, timely submissions, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Processing & Follow-Up
Assist in compiling documents and submitting insurance claims on behalf of clients
Track and follow up on claim statuses and escalate where needed
Administrative & Data Entry
Handle accurate entry and updating of client information in CRM systems
Team Support & Coordination
Support recruitment and onboarding processes (e.g. interview coordination)
Prepare materials and presentations for team meetings
Client Servicing
Assist with simple client queries and follow-up
Send reminders for premium payments, policy reviews, or appointments
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eye for aesthetics/design work, proficient in Canva
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably younger as you will be working with mostly young advisors
