aker | Up to $2,500 + AWS

• Working Location: North Bridge Road

• Working Days: 5 days including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday (44 hours per week)

• Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items according to recipes and customer requirements.

• Measure, mix, and knead dough and batters using hand tools or bakery equipment.

• Monitor baking process, set oven temperatures, and adjust baking times to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Decorate, glaze, or finish baked goods as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and baking equipment.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

• Manage ingredient inventory, check deliveries, and report shortages to supervisors.

• Innovate and develop new recipes or seasonal bakery products to attract customers.

• Provide excellent service by fulfilling special orders or custom requests when needed.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
