Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Temp 3 Months)

Job Type: Temporary (3 Months)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive on a temporary basis for 3 months. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or feedback enquiries.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting, seminars, training, staff suggestion system.

- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

- Assist with special projects, initiatives & ad-hoc duties as needed/ assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in qualifications or equivalent

- 1-2 years of customer service experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
