Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to standard procedures.
Sort and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated storage areas.
Assist in collecting used dishes and trays from various kitchen sections.
Ensure proper waste disposal and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
Replenish soap, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies as needed.
Support other cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor when required.
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Understand basic hygiene and safety standards.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment and tasks.
Team player with a positive working attitude.
