Job description

Job Scope 
- Provide customer service while assisting with sales transactions/redemption via apps, interact with customers of all ages & nationalities, and perform service recovery when required.
- ⁠Required to use hardware etc like HP, tablets, etc. to assist in redemption
- ⁠Handling of Crowds
- ⁠Carry out basic housekeeping of event site
- ⁠Stock management, such as stocktaking, top up of stocks, etc.
- ⁠All other job scopes to ensure the smooth flow of the event/redemption.


 

Job Requirement 
- Applicant must be minimally 18 years old and above (17-year-olds would be on a case-by-case basis)
- ⁠Minimum an O-Level Cert
- ⁠Presentable (No visible tattoos, funky hair colors, etc.)
- ⁠Able to work alone or in groups; player
- ⁠Able to converse well, and stand long hours
- ⁠Bilingual,  English & other mother tongue languages, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, etc.
- ⁠Honest and respectful, has self-initiative, and is punctual
