Events Assistant | Summer Events Crew (Post-Exams Intake) | Live Operations & Event Execution

Role Focus

This role is designed for driven individuals seeking exposure beyond conventional part-time work, offering hands-on involvement in live event execution, stakeholder engagement, and professional operations within dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage guest registration, welcoming, and on-site coordination professionally

  • Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management

  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical coordination

  • Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and stage support during live events

  • Ensure smooth operational execution while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure

  • Optional: assist with basic event content capture, including photography and short-form video content
