With over 16 years of expertise, Vocalise prides ourselves to work with exceptional and talented musicians from diverse music genres and has featured our musicians at events for many brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hermės, Rolex, and many more. Vocalise has also been regularly featuring our string quartet, VSQ, at Candlelight Concerts Singapore. 

About the Role:

As an Events Assistant & Artiste Liaison you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in managing our musicians for our events, weddings and concerts. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting Events Team with managing musicians onsite at events. 
• Liaise with clients/venue partners/other event vendors to ensure smooth running of event. 
• Managing rehearsals as scheduled in the studio. 
• Assist with capturing photos and videos of the event as required by Marketing Team. 
• Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for various events if needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced event-related environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred.
• Tertiary students are welcomed to apply.

Qualities We Are Looking For:

• Interest in classical music and music in general.
• Interest in Event Management.
• Attention to detail.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays generally from 4pm onwards.
• Weekend morning to afternoon and/or afternoon to evenings.
• Working hours are subject to the type of event. 

Salary:

• $10 - $15/hr
