About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Facilities Operation Associates to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients. You will play an important role in ensuring workplaces, fitness facilities, offices, and other commercial premises meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of commercial premises.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, workspaces, washrooms, and facility equipment.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently met.
Conduct site inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns when identified.
Follow company service procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Deliver professional service while interacting with clients and site occupants.
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
Prior experience in commercial cleaning is an advantage but not required.
Training will be provided.
Able to work 3-5 days a week.
