Role
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond to clients.  
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.  
- Maintain client records and follow up on issue resolution.  
- Analyze client feedback and propose improvement strategies.  
 

What We Expect from You
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.  
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.  
- Patience and attention to detail in addressing client needs.  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
- A confident, proactive, and determined personality.
