Job description
Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a prepared script.
Introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and answer questions.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when appropriate.
Record customer information, responses, and reactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers and handle call-backs when required.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
