Job description

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to multiple retail stores daily.
• Conduct comprehensive in-store and online product training and assessments for business partners, aligning with the retail landscape to achieve training KPIs.
• Ensure all stores and promoters are proficient in product knowledge to meet overall country sales targets.
• Communicate the latest product roadmap and ensure all promotions are implemented on schedule.
• Gather feedback from stores and promoters to inform the team for immediate action and improvements.
• Do up training decks independently using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Submission of reports within timeline.
   

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient PC product knowledge (a strong background is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive, and strong leadership qualities.
• Resilient mindset, ready to embrace new challenges.
• Ability to commit to retail hours (8 hours daily), including 1 weekend and public holidays.
• 6-day work week with 1 weekend off.
• No relevant experience required; training will be provided.
   

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: Up to SGD2,500
• Transport allowance: Max of SGD300 monthly (based on claim)
• Commission: Up to SGD1,500 (quarterly payout)
• Replacement off days for working on public holidays
• 14 days annual leave
