Job description

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide good customer service

• Meet individual monthly target given by Manager

• Update price cards accordingly 

• Ensure counter is neat and tidy 

• Keep demo counter well-stocked with products and catalogues

• Build good relationships with customers and staff
   

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as retail assistant 

• Minimum 'N' Levels or higher

• Proficient in English 

• Good in communication and customer service

• Proficient in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint & Excel)

• Passionate about IT products

Time and location:

• Work location: Outlet will be allocated upon confirmation of hiring

• Off Days: 5 off days per month

• Work Timing: 12.00pm to 8:00pm / 1.00pm to 9.00pm
