Job description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

    • Lead and assist the IT support team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Provide on-site support to end users for both routine and critical issues.
  2. Software Updates and Maintenance:

    • Oversee and manage the timely downloading, installation, and updating of required software applications across all systems.
    • Ensure that all systems are running the latest versions of software and are compliant with security standards.
  3. Team Leadership and Coordination:

    • Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and day-to-day operations.
    • Train new team members on IT support processes and company-specific systems.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and software updates.
    • Create and update troubleshooting guides and procedures for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and software management.
  • Experience in team leadership or supervision.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
