Job Description and Qualification:

This is a full time role for a Service Crew (Karaoke) located in Islandwide. Our client is Singapore's largest and first themed karaoke chain. This position includes handling phone reservations and inquiries, greeting and directing guests to their rooms, and managing orders for food and beverages. The position also requires basic technical support, such as checking microphones and karaoke systems, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with the team and management, and maintain a neat appearance. Additionally, they should be comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and be ready to take on other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
