Our client is a Singapore-based investment holding company. It is a multi-dining concept food and beverages (F&B) company. It is engaged in the operation and management of restaurants and manufacturers of food stuff is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Restaurant Management Trainee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Assist with the hiring process by recommending candidates for available roles.

·       Fulfil training programmes by acquiring the knowledge and skills to perform

·       independently within the targeted timeline up to Assistant Manager.

·       Learn the operations & management supervisory roles & responsibilities in order

·       to guide future newcomers, as well as the skillsets of non-supervisory roles.

·       Protecting the best interests of the company by ensuring all policies & procedures

·       are followed to align with its vision.

·       Responsible for staff wellness development.

·       Any assignments delegated by the Restaurant Manager when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Minimum Qualifications: (NITEC in F&B)/Diploma/Advanced Diploma OR Degree

·       Must have prior part time/full time F&B experience.

OTHER INFORMATION:

·       Location                              : East Coast/Dempsey Hill/Marina Bay Sands

·       Working Days/Hours          : 5.5 days (9/10am to 8/9pm)

·       Salary : $3,200 higher + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
