📢 We're Hiring! – Part-Time Admin Assistant (Hybrid)

💼 Position: Part-Time Admin Assistant
📍 Location: Hybrid (Office at HarbourFront Centre)
💰 Pay: $15/hour
🕒 Working Hours: 3 days per week, 3 hours per session

 

✨ Job Scope:

  • Perform admin and data entry tasks

  • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and update records

  • Message and follow up with clients as needed

  • Assist in replying to client inquiries

  • Support in job postings and other ad-hoc duties

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma field

  • Must know how to use Excel (basic to intermediate)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Responsible and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and in-office when needed
