Finance firm looking for Part-Time personal admin assistant:
High hourly rate: $13 to $16 per hour
Working hours: 5 hours work day
Mondays to Fridays (Flexible Arrangement - Onsite and remote)

Job scope and responsibilities:
Administrative Job Scope
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to financial services managers and director
Plan and organize meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials
Manage calendars, emails, documents, and filing in a systematic manner
Liaising with customers to schedule appointments
Compile data, prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Archiving and storage of customer data
Updating of clients' investment portfolios
Marketing Job Scope
Social media marketing – managing social media account
Content creation using Canva
Digital Marketing – Skills will be taught and imparted to spearhead and launch online ads via Facebook

Job Requirements:
Minimum “A” Level or Diploma holders
