  • Provide administrative support for pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth workflow
  • Manage the Senior Director’s schedule, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and update presentation slides, event materials, and team-related content.
  • Coordinate internal and external events such as meetings, workshops, client sessions, and appreciation activities
  • Attend to guests and clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
  • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding documentation and handle insurance submissions through internal systems
  • Maintain an organised filing system and oversee general office administration
  • Track daily expenses and prepare monthly tax receipts and claims
