Job description

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and high-ownership individual to work closely alongside the Director across client operations, advisor/team operations, and director-level execution.

This is not a typical admin role.

You will be deeply involved in the moving parts of a growing financial advisory business and consultant group, supporting across:
• Client Operations
• Advisor & Team Operations
• Director-Level & Personal Execution

 

You are expected to operate as a generalist, not a specialist.

WHO I AM

• Active & Practicing Financial Advisor with 300–400+ client base
• Managing a growing 40–50 advisor consultant group
• Active in leadership, client servicing, events, operations, and content creation

 

This role works closely with the Director and is heavily involved in day-to-day execution and operational coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Operations
• Managing client communications
• Assisting client paperwork and meeting documents
• Case submission and follow-through
• Assisting with claims and servicing requests
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Supporting client events

Agency Operations
• Supporting advisor/admin operations
• Event coordination
• Tracking sales and attendance
• Supporting onboarding and training logistics
• Managing forms, bookings, and operational coordination

Director Support
• Calendar management
• Expense tracking
• Personal errands and execution support
• Social media and project support

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

You are hired as the Main PA.

Supporting team members exist to support operations, but you are expected to:
• Have working knowledge across all operational areas
• Be capable of stepping in when needed
• Ensure continuity of operations when others are unavailable

Your role is to help ensure things are settled end-to-end without constant follow-up from the Director.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Full-Time
• Hybrid Arrangement
• Office Days (Raffles Place): Tuesday & Wednesday compulsory
• Remaining office days subject to operational needs
• Working Hours: 9AM – 6PM

COMPENSATION

• SGD $2,500 - $4,000 Gross
• CPF Included
• Performance-based bonuses & incentives subject to contribution and discretion
