Job description

• Welcome and acknowledge customers upon arrival
• Assist in managing customer flow and queue arrangements
• Direct customers to relevant beauty advisors, brands, or store sections
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, events, or membership programmes
• Provide basic customer service and answer general enquiries
• Ensure the store entrance and waiting areas are neat and presentable
• Support crowd control during peak periods or promotional events
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all times
• Replenishing of stock

Information

• Pay: $12.09/hr
• Duration: To commit 3-5 days per week including both weekends. [Able to accomodate to our roster]
• Working hrs: 11am-9pm/ 4-10pm. 3 months contract.
