Salary: $2000 - $3000 (monthly), $12/hr (for part timers, per hr basis)

Duration: 3mths (temp/contract to Perm/ Part Time Felixable)

Working Location: Island-wide Retail Branches

Working Hr: Retail Rotating Shift Basis



Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess a strong understanding of sales techniques. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience.

- Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs and preferences.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

- Actively engage with customers to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

- Recommend additional products or accessories that complement customers' purchases.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.

- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional customer service.



Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.

- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise if required.
