Title: Retail Assistant / Packer (Part-Time)
Location: Changi Airport (Transit Area)
Working hours: 5 days work week including weekends/PH, minimum 6 hours commitment

Shift: Rotating Shifts
Salary: $13/hr

Description:

LOTTE Duty Free was founded in 1980 and has built matchless brand power as one of the leading duty-free stores and we currently operate in 5 different markets including Singapore back in 2020.

LOTTE Duty-Free has 19 stores across all 4 terminals. We are seeking Part-Time Retail Assistant / Packer to join our team working in an airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Retail Assistant

-        Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing        product knowledge.

-        Manage transactions with customers using POS system

-        Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.

2) Packer

-       Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries.

-       Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks.

-       Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers.

-       Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.

Requirements

-        Must be above 21 years old (due to government’s policies and regulations)

-        Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

-        Able to commit to rotating shifts duties and working on weekends/PH

-        Able to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes (For Packers)
